Return and Exchange Policy

Placing an order indicates that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.


Cancellation

We accept cancellations for orders placed before shipment or production. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

We also offer order modification services if your order has not yet shipped. If you wish to make any changes to your order, please email leo@smashzone-sports.com before shipment.


Return or Reshipment

Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of receipt. If you have received the goods more than 15 days ago, unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a refund or reshipment service.

You have two options:

1. Return: We accept returns of goods shipped by us, provided the goods are defective due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged goods). Proof of purchase must be provided with the return.

For damaged goods, please provide photos and evidence proving that the collision did not occur during customer use; otherwise, we will not accept returns.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are refundable if the return is due to a quality issue. Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for return.


2. Resend:

If the product is faulty due to our error (e.g., sending the wrong item), we are willing to resend the correct item to you.

If the product is defective due to shipping issues (e.g., damage), we can resend a new product to you, but you will need to bear part of the shipping costs.



Refund (if applicable)

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email that we have received the return. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically return the funds to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.


Due to shipping issues, if you find returning the item too troublesome, or if the goods were damaged upon receipt, we can cover part of the loss and refund a portion of the amount.
